Our Approach

How we work together

01

Understand your operations

What actually happens in your workplace? Together, we examine activities, work areas and responsibilities. We review existing documents and look at how work is organised on site.

02

Establish priorities and next steps

What is already working? Where is action needed? Based on the initial review, we develop an action and improvement plan with clear priorities, responsibilities and timeframes.

03

Implement and develop together

We then work on the agreed topics: from risk assessments and work design to safety instruction and organisational processes. We support implementation and review effectiveness together.

We clarify which tasks you can handle using existing in-house expertise, where we can work together and which additional specialist services are needed.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

A workplace risk assessment systematically examines working conditions. Alongside accident risks, it covers factors that can affect health, such as awkward postures, frequent lifting and carrying, prolonged sitting, noise and psychosocial factors at work.

We therefore look at how work is actually carried out: Are working heights, equipment and movement spaces suitable for the task? How do time pressure, interruptions, working hours and teamwork interact? We involve employees and draw on their experience.

Together, we turn this assessment into practical improvements, such as suitable working heights, aids for moving materials or better coordinated workflows. We support implementation and jointly review whether the measures are effective. We incorporate existing risk assessments and develop them further where needed.

A risk assessment investigates workplace hazards and required protective measures. Operating instructions provide employees with specific safety rules for particular activities, work equipment or hazardous substances. They are developed based on the risk assessment and do not replace it. Providing operating instructions also does not replace personal training and instruction.
This depends on your accident insurance institution (DGUV Regulation 2), your industry sector, employee headcount and support model. Under standard support, base hours result from headcount multiplied by industry hazard tier factors. This quota is shared between occupational physician and safety advisor. We help you determine required tasks and suitable support volume. Medical services are delivered by our partner physicians.
Legal responsibility remains with the employer, who can engage specialist advisors. We support you with drafting and updating documentation, involving input from your managers and employees. Occupational health partners or technical specialists contribute as required.
Responsibility for workplace safety remains with company management. An external safety advisor advises and assists you in fulfilling legal obligations. We identify necessary measures, develop practical solutions with your team and support agreed implementation.
No. Specific duties can be delegated to competent staff members with appropriate authority and training. Even after delegation, overarching supervision, selection and organisational duties remain with directors. We assist you in establishing practical delegation structures.
Yes, working conditions must be assessed in small offices as well. Focus areas include computer workstations, working hours, work environment and psychological stressors. The depth and scope correspond directly to operational circumstances.
